Scope
This policy describes data handled by this Ziggy & Zilla website, an independent creative project managed from Vietnam. It does not cover external stores reached through product links. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact form and choose “Privacy request.”
Information you provide
If you send a contact message, we store your name, email address, subject, message and submission time to handle the inquiry. Your information is made available to the site owner in a protected administration area. Please do not submit payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.
Product reviews
If you submit a review, we store your display name, email, rating, review text, any attached photos, product identifier and submission time. Your display name, rating, text, date and attached photos may be public after moderation. Pending and rejected review photos are restricted to the site owner. Photos are stored separately from the review text. Only upload photos you have permission to publish, and remove private information and location metadata before sharing. Your email is visible only to the site owner and is used for duplicate prevention, moderation and handling privacy requests. It is not included in public review responses or analytics records. Reviews remain until removed by the owner or following a valid deletion request. Contact us to request correction or removal. Deleting a review through administration also requests deletion of its stored photo files.
Optional visit analytics
With your permission, a first-party cookie named zz_visitor identifies a browser for basic analytics. We record page visits and clicks on Buy Now, a product identifier when relevant, and the time of the event. The application does not add your contact message or email address to those event records.
You can accept or decline optional analytics, and change your choice using the Analytics preferences button below. A browser identifier is not a count of individual people. The cookie expires after 90 days. Analytics records older than 90 days are removed as new analytics events are processed.
Necessary browser storage and hosting
We save your analytics preference in your browser so we can honor it. Hosting and sign-in services may process network and security information needed to deliver the website and protect the administration area. Optional analytics is separate from those hosting operations.
Service providers and storage
Website content and application data are hosted through Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact messages are stored in the website database; uploaded product images are stored separately. The application is designed to restrict contact messages to the site owner. Processing may occur outside your country.
Retention and requests
Contact messages are retained while needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up, or until the owner handles a deletion request, subject to any applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
External websites
Clicking Buy Now sends you to another website, which has its own privacy practices and may process referral or technical information. Read that website’s privacy policy before submitting personal or payment information. We do not receive your payment credentials or order details through these links.
Marketing and children
The contact form does not enroll you in a marketing list. This website has no newsletter sign-up or targeted advertising feature. It is intended for a general audience, and we do not knowingly request contact information from children under 13. A parent may contact us about a child’s submission.
